● What is Azalaic acid ?

Azelac products contain azelaic acid
and azeloglycine, which are two very effective active ingredients to reduce redness and blemishes and clam the skin, particularly useful for the bumps caused by shaving rash and ingrown hairs.

Azelaic acid is a naturally substance found in wheat, rye, and barley. Azelaic acid is used in mild to moderate acne-prone skins, It works in part by stopping the growth of skin bacteria that cause acne, and by keeping skin pores clear.

Azeloglycine
Helps Reduce the growth of bacteria in the follicle.

(Proprionibacterium acnes and Staphylococcus epidermidis).
Keratolytic & comedolytic - returns the disordered growth of the skin cells lining the follicle to normal. Azeloglycine is a scavenger of free radicals, soothing action.
Sebostatic - inhibits 5-alpha-reductase (converts testosterone to dihydrotestosterone-DHT-), reducing excess oil in the face and the scalp, improving blemishes.
Inhibits tyrosinase reduces pigmentation. Particularly useful for those whose acne spots have left persistent brown marks.

Milk Thistle

Extract Contains silymarin, a chemical with soothing, anti-oxidant and anti-redness action.

Phytosphingosine ETP®

Activates and constitutes part of epidermal ceramides. This plays an important role in the growth and differentiation of keratinocytes.

Properties

Directions
